Refunds - The deposit as listed below for the indicated service is non-refundable. This amount was paid to insure that the date that you desired for a flight was reservered for you and only you. By reserving the time slot the pilot must commit resources needed for that flight and must schedule for crew for that time slot. Any amount over the initial deposit will be returned to the customer upon request as long as that request is made prior to the currently scheduled flight date.. You may within 90 days of the original scheduled flight date request a new flight date and the unrefunded portion will applied towards the cost of the new flight date. After 90 days in order to book a flight, the full amount must again be remitted. If the customer fails to show at the agreed upon time and place for the flight, the entire deposit is forfieted and the pilot is under no obligation to reschedule the flight.
